RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED YOU HAVE 14 DAYS IN WHICH TO RETURN THEM SHOULD THEY BE UNSATISFACTORY.

THE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNDAMAGED, UNUSED, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. IT IS HIGHLY ADVISED THAT YOU OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST RETURNING THE GOODS (UNLESS THE ITEMS ARE FAULTY).

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEMS AND ARE HAPPY THEY HAVE BEEN RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT THEY WERE DISPATCHED, WE WILL ISSUE YOU WITH A FULL REFUND ON THE PURCHASE PRICE.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT ITEMS ARE FAULTY YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM. WE WILL ARRANGE COLLECTION OF THE GOODS AND IF, FOLLOWING OUR INSPECTION, THE ITEMS ARE DEEMED FAULTY WE WILL ISSUE YOU WITH EITHER REPLACEMENTS OR A FULL REFUND.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE THEN PLEASE ADVISE US AND RETURN THEM AS INSTRUCTED. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN COSTS.

WE ADVISE THAT YOU RETAIN A PROOF OF POSTING AND POP A NOTE IN THE PACKAGE EXPLAINING YOUR REQUEST AND ALSO IT WOULD REALLY HELP US IF YOU INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND IF POSSIBLE, YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER.
